On the defense day
On the day of the oral defense,

Arrive early at the oral defense venue and check if the air-conditioning/projector works fine.

Most of the classrooms/Discussion rooms are equipped with projector with VGA slot and or USB slot, but you are required to bring your own laptop or borrow one from GMBA Office.

Oral defense preparation:
- Hard copies of your thesis/Printouts of presentation slides
- Pens and notepads
- Snacks/lunchbox and drinks/water -
If you have non-NTU committee member, he/she can have free parking. Please contact GMBA Office for parking needs.
