As a Technical Program Manager, I was responsible for managing ecosystem partners and suppliers in Taiwan. This role required me to create long-term business strategies and negotiate complex terms, expanding my responsibilities beyond my formal training in computer science. To further develop my business acumen and deepen my understanding of strategic decision-making, I chose to pursue the NTU GMBA program. This opportunity allowed me to gain critical insights into business management, complementing my technical expertise and enhancing my ability to drive impactful outcomes in a global business environment.
I currently lead business and investment planning, driving initiatives across cybersecurity, AI, energy, healthcare, and space. In addition, I serve as CISO, overseeing corporate information security strategies and new business development.
Ikigai (生き甲斐) is a Japanese concept meaning "reason for being." It represents the intersection of four elements: what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. Finding your ikigai means discovering purpose and satisfaction in daily life. It emphasizes balance and mindfulness rather than singular pursuit of success. It encourages living in the present moment, cultivating community connections, and finding joy in small pleasures.
