Teaching Assistant
Responsibilities
  • Course Administration: Prepare and update course materials, manage name cards, monitor attendance, and assist with add/drop procedures.
  • Technical Support: Set up classroom equipment, manage the NTU COOL platform, and facilitate hybrid/online sessions if required.
  • Lecture Support: Attend lectures and assist the professor with general class-related duties
  • Event Coordination: Arrange guest speakers, corporate visits, and draft activity write-ups.
  • Documentation: Upload syllabi, teaching materials, and course photos to the GMBA TA Website.
  • Evaluation: Assist in the GMBA course evaluation process at the end of the semester.
Eligibility & Qualifications
  • Eligibility: Must maintain active student status throughout the semester.
    • Note: A TA cannot be a student currently enrolled in the same course.
  • Professionalism: Must be impartial, reliable, and highly responsible.
  • Communication: Excellent command of English and strong communication skills with both instructors and students.
  • Preference: Candidates who have previously taken the course are preferred.
How to Apply
 
  • Inquiry: Please contact the course instructor directly to express your interest and CC Gina Wang (ginawang@ntu.edu.tw) in your email. In principle, the instructor selects the TA (except for overseas courses).
  • Notification: Once the instructor confirms your appointment, please inform Gina via email. Please do not use Line for this official notification.
  • Information Form: Before the semester begins, the instructor will provide a link for you to fill in your TA information.
  • Training: All selected TAs must attend the TA training session, including those who have previously served as TAs.
Compensation & Payment (For GMBA Students)
  • The GMBA Office processes the TA stipend by month.
