2025 GMBA Cozy Christmas Social
To mark the end of the year, GMBA celebrated its Christmas party with R13, R14, alumni and guests. The event was held at SoldDrunk Taipei in the Kimpton Hotel last Saturday, December 20. It brought the GMBA community together for an evening of connection and celebration.
The party began with the opening remarks from Jenny Wu, R13 Student Council President. She introduced the incoming R14 Student Council President, Jin Jun. Jin expressed his appreciation for the trust placed in him and shared his excitement about working together to create more meaningful and engaging events in the coming year.
Throughout the night, the attendees enjoyed drinks along with a selection of cold cuts and finger foods while mingling and socializing with classmates and alumni. Adding to the festive atmosphere, a lively and fun Kahoot game was organized by R14 Philip Wang and R13 Yu-Jen Wu (Yoko). Two rounds of games were held, each featuring three prizes, including GMBA shirts and tablewares.
The celebration was filled with vibrant energy as students exchanged memorable stories from the Fall semester, with R14 students sharing highlights from their first semester in the program. Laughter and conversations filled the venue. Later in the evening, R13 DJ Ucchy, Takeshi Uchida, took over the music, keeping the crowd entertained and energized.
The evening concluded with a heartfelt closing message from Jenny Wu in her final role as Student Council President. She expressed sincere appreciation to the Student Council team for a successful year of organizing GMBA events and thanked everyone for their trust and support, marking a meaningful end to her term.
