Q1: What inspired you to join the NTU GMBA program?
I came to Taiwan two years ago as an exchange student. I immediately fell in love with this country. I was looking for a way to return to Taiwan, improve my job profile, and gain valuable experience. The GMBA program really appealed to me.
What excited me most was sitting in a classroom with people from all over the world and understanding different perspectives. I also always tried to participate in many extracurricular activities to make the most of my time in Taiwan.
Q2: What You Are Doing Right Now?
I returned to banking, this time as a corporate client advisor, where I was able to put my strategic and business expertise to good use. Nevertheless, I wanted to move away from banking and now I work at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences as program manager for the MSc in Circular Economy Management. It's a program taught entirely in English with many international students. My job is to provide them with an educational and successful study experience and to help them integrate successfully into the job market. My experience as an international student is very beneficial here.
Q3: What advice would you give to current GMBA students or recent graduates?
Always make the most of your time. Talk to people and have fun together. It's not always about grades.
Less cell phone, less TV is the key. Visit nature to relax.
