Pension Contribution Claim Guide for International Students

International students employed as student assistants at NTU are entitled to pension contributions made by the university. Upon graduation, you can claim these funds back. Please ensure you complete the following steps during the NTU Online De-registration process. 

 

Step 1: Complete the Application

Fill out the official application form.

 

Step 2: Obtain GMBA Office Approval

Submit your completed form to the GMBA Office for verification and departmental seal.

 

Step 3: Submit to the Cashier Division

Visit the  NTU Cashier Division (Administrative Building, Room 116, Counter C4) with the following documents:

  • The approved application form
  • A photocopy of your ARC
  • A photocopy of your bank book (Must be the same account used for your NTU salary payments).

 

Notice: Do not close your bank account until the funds have been successfully transferred. If the account is closed, the pension transfer will fail.
