This fall, GMBA students came together to form a football team and joined the NTU Freshman Cup for the very first time. It was an exciting challenge that brought R13 and R14 classmates onto the same field, not just as students, but as teammates.

Our record was one draw and two losses, so unfortunately, we couldn’t make it out of the group stage. Still, the experience was much more than the scoreline. The biggest win for us was the team spirit that grew throughout the games. Whether on the pitch or cheering from the sidelines, everyone gave their best and supported each other from start to finish.

What made the event even more special was the mix of players. Some had years of football experience, while many others were complete beginners who decided to give it a try. We were also happy to see several classmates who came to cheer us on.
