Job Description: As a Global Certification Manager, you will:

• Lead Certification Projects: Oversee and manage the end-to-end certification process for a diverse range of products.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of certification specialists to ensure client demands are met efficiently and effectively.
• Timely Delivery: Work in a fast-paced environment to ensure certifications are delivered on time.
• Strategize Compliance: Develop and implement certification strategies to meet international regulatory requirements.
• Guide and Support: Provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams on regulatory compliance matters.
• Collaborate: Liaise with international regulatory bodies and testing laboratories, with a strong focus on the Japanese market.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with global regulatory standards and changes. And able to develop new certification channels as needed.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new regulation requirements and demonstrate a willingness to learn and study evolving standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in certification processes and regulatory affairs, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and fluent in Mandarin (spoken) is preferred.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of global certification standards (e.g., FDA, BIS, CE) is preferred or on job training can be provided.
• Skills: Able to work under pressure with strong communication, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Education: Degree in a related field (engineering, quality assurance, regulatory affairs) is preferred but not essential.
