The Management Trainee Program:
Advantech is expanding and investing in our regional offices, including Russia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, India, Brazil and other emerging markets.
And we target to recruit local talent from these countries, who currently study or work in Taiwan.
For new graduates, we would offer a full-time, management trainee program in Taiwan Headquarters.
For students, we would offer internship opportunities in Taiwan Headquarters.
After passing the trainee program or internship, you will be the potential future leader, locate in our regional offices, and be assigned in 4 possible departments: 1) Sale/eSales, 2)Marketing, 3) Engineer, or 4) Administration.
