At Sinew Pharma, we are developing major products in two applications on hepatotoxicity-free acetaminophen and fatty liver disease. Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Sales/BD work experience preferably in the medical/pharmaceutical industry
  • Education: BA degree or above
  • Native English and excellent Mandarin skills, German is a plus

Job Description:

1.    Soft skills:

2.    Supports the Business Development Director to develop short-, medium- and long-term strategies and directions for the company based on the company's objectives. Aids in managing the sales pipeline, from acquisition to a long-term partnership. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the company's products by addressing or predicting clients' needs & objectives. Participate in negotiating with international partners, including but not limited to technology transfer, drug licensing, and related cooperation cases, and extend the strategy for follow-up negotiations.

3.    Assist in preparing, revising, and managing commercial development contracts to assist in out-licensing and commercial development. Prepare partnering materials (presentations, email drafts, etc.) and work with top management to approve all external communication materials. 

4.    Provide market trend assessment based on pharmaceutical market information collection results. Analyze market data to formulate and execute BD activities. 

5.    Manage company image and related marketing and public relations. Establish and cultivate relationships with the pharma community, associations, and key opinion leaders to support business development efforts on LinkedIn or other relevant platforms.

6.    Supports project management, and the coordination of internal and external collaborations among R&D units, and confirmation of implementation progress to assist in out-licensing and commercial development. Supporting laboratory research groups in the preparation of relevant customer-facing documents. 

7.    Assignments from the company’s top executives.
