1. Undergraduate and postgraduate students in domestic universities from Taiwan or international students.
2. Each team is limited to 4 members.
3. The 4 students must belong to the same university.
4. Participants must include at least 2 nationalities (such as 3 Taiwanese, with 1 Malaysians, etc.).
