Dear Students,
 

With the increasing COVID-19 cases confirmed in other countries, most countries in Asia and Europe all have entry controls, and vice versa (www.boca.gov.tw/mp-2.html). Therefore, NTU requires all students to refrain from going abroad during the semester in order to keep you safe and healthy.

If you need to leave Taiwan, please fill the “Travel Abroad Declaration and Application Form” and submit it to OIA during the consulting hours (13.30-16.30, Monday to Friday) at least 2 weeks before your departure day.

Please note if you leave Taiwan, you have to bear all the quarantine process and expenses occurred, such as housing fee, food and etc. upon your return, and you will not be allowed to stay in the dorm for quarantine if you live on campus now. As for the courses affected during the quarantine period, you have to deal with the course instructors on your own.

因應新冠病毒肺炎疫情確診人數增加，亞洲及歐洲地區許多國家已設立入境管制或禁令（www.boca.gov.tw/lp-56-1.html），本校要求所有在學生避免出國以免影響您在臺大的課業學習與個人健康。

若您因為不克抗力之因素一定要離開臺灣，請填寫「國立臺灣大學出境申請暨切結書」並於離境前兩週，於諮詢時間（週一至週五13.30-16.30）繳交至國際事務處。

謹提醒，若您於離境後返臺，您需自行承擔居家檢疫與所有衍生之相關費用。若您現在住在學校宿舍，請留意學校宿舍不提供居家檢疫，您必須自行找尋校外居家檢疫居所與自行負擔三餐食物費用等。此外，居家檢疫期間所影響的學習課業，您需自行與授課教授或指導老師聯繫協調。
